TRADING BOOM AND CRASH
STRATEGY 2 : DOUBLE RSI TRENDLINE
Clear the chart of any indicators and only have the candle stick pattern. Its best to learn these strategy separately on its own before combining it with the Money Maker Strategy, lest you get confused. Like i stated before these strategies can be combined and work even better that way. But first learn them separately and know their strength and weakness!! I know most of you want to make money as quickly as you can, but its better to take sometime out of the charts and learn, the market will never stop - you wont miss anything. Learn before you earn.
On your chart add the following RSIs (Relative Strength Index)

1. RSI 14
Period: 14
Apply to: Close
Styles: 2 pixel / Blue

2. RSI 2
Period: 2
Apply to: Close
Styles: 2 pixel / Blue
Levels: 3, 96

HOW THE DOUBLE RSI STRATEGY WORKS

I will start by explaining the RSI 2 strategy, using Crash 500 and Boom 500 charts for illustration. This strategy can be applied to any Boom and Crash index, and the best time frames for this strategy are M15 and M30.
-
When the RSI 2 indicator crosses above 96% on the M15 time frame, there is a very high probability that the next M15 candle will trigger a spike (either a boom or a crash), as shown in the images below. I recommend backtesting this strategy to verify the results for yourself.
1a. Once the RSI 2 exceeds 96%, enter a sell order at the beginning of the next M15 candle and hold the position until it closes.
-
When the RSI 2 indicator falls below 3% on the M15 time frame, there is a very high probability that the next M15 candle will trigger a spike (Boom).

2a. You can place a buy order at the beginning of the next M15 candle or at any point during that M15 candle—it's your choice.

When executing these buy and sell orders, do not close the trade until the M15 candle has fully closed. Spikes often happen in the final moments of the candle, so waiting for the candle to close is crucial.
This strategy is simple to set up and effective, so mastering it is essential. Keep in mind, this is a spike trading strategy, and swing traders might want to skip it.
